Went in. With an. Issue with my. Sons birthday present. Electric car. Rob, Ross and I think. Clive helped with no fuss. Great customer service, cheery and nothing was to much!! Definitely recommend!!!

NEVER go to this place, they are criminals. Rude and don't acknowledge you at the desk when you arrive.Failed my cars MOT due to "faulty rear brakes", quoted 460 for essential work replacing the cable, pads and discs for heat damage. Took it to another garage who said there is absolutely no problem with the brakes and no work needed doing to it. Shocking place you can't trust them.
Clive was realky helpful ordering a set ofThule keys for me. We were on hols and had left roofrack keys at home. Clive went above and beyond to order the keys, hope his boss reads this and passes on my appreciation. Managed to get them elsewhere on same day they arrived (sorry Clive). Anyway, super service thank you.
Top Halfords store. Best most friendly staff. Had replacement forks fitted on my Boardman today under warranty - store manager got them in so quick, and Rob fitted them whilst I went and had a cuppa! Sooo pleased with way I was dealt with - will be back for future purchases.
