A fantastic little gem in Cromer. Beautifully decorated. Staff are always lovely. Food and drinks are great. Cheese scones are the best!
Youll find Hatters at the West end of town on the Prince of Wales Road facing East. When one enters Hatters one is transported back in time to when tea shops had their own identity before being swept away by the tide of coffee shops entering the towns. There is an air of gentility about Hatters not easily found in today's more plastic lined coffee shops. Fortunately Cromer doesn't subscribe to this kind of establishment other than the new Costa. For those wanting to enjoy the quality break from the trials of shopping this is the place. The service is efficient and friendly and the range of fare wide enough to satisfy most dietary needs and pallets.
Our first visit and will certainly be returning. Fabulous choice of cakes with coffee and teas. Very friendly staff too and relaxing place to chill for a while.
Welcomes dogs. While waiting for our order waitress came over and gave the dog a biscuit. Very nice sandwiches, a generous size. Can recommend the crab. Nice decor and friendly atmosphere. Also has nice merchandise.
