We had a fantastic relaxing stay linked with the Cromer concerts.
Fantastic campsite spacious with good facilities. Walking distance into Cromer which is ideal. Great for children will be going back
Recently returned from 12 days stay at Cromer Camping having also visited last year. Much busier this year but still plenty of space. No defined pitches, just find a space and pitch. Plenty of room especially if you are not put off by sloping site. Friendly owners who were always happy to stop for a chat especially with 5 and 7 yr old granddaughters. Male and female toilets and showers (temporary) cleaned regularly, addition of building containing freezers, electric sockets (often used to charge phones and wife's mobility scooter) and washing up facilities is a big plus. Wonderful to see grandchildren mixing well with other children and families. A great back to basics camp site within walking distance of Cromer town centre and beach. The amino sounds coming from the adjoining Amazona Zoo add to the overall experience. Plan to return again next summer and am sure there will be some further development of the site, could do with additional showers at busy times. Thanks for a great holiday and see you next year.
It's clean and tidy but a field, and one with some very steep bits, if wet I would steer clear, toilets etc are shipping container ones nothing wrong with them but given the heat like sweat boxes. Back to basics is one thing but had same cost as last night's site in great Yarmouth which was proper site with well looked after pitches and toilet and shower blocks water points and disposal. Not that this is bad just massively overpriced for what you get. A back to basics site should come with back to basics cost. On reflection should have gone elsewhere
Basic campsite within walking distance to beach. Showers and toilet block clean. Kitchen has a chest freezer for ice blocks and a couple of plug sockets for top up charge for phones. No pitch size just pick an area and set up.Definitely worth a visit if you like basic camping On our list to return to
