Quite simply a brilliant little dealership. I personally find them much better than the main Ford dealer in Norwich. Staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. I've been a returning customer for years and they've never caused any problems or messed me about - MOT/Service, sales and after sales customer care is very good.

Fine in every way except WC awful.....no collection service to take you home or collect you if car left there....no disabled facilities....no coffee machine.....customer waiting area poor with uncomfortable seats
