Great service from this company! Our caravan steps broke whilst we're in southern Spain. After a phone call to them, replacements steps were ordered on line, and received by us a week later, via a courier company. I will heartily recommend this company for their friendly, and efficient, service.
I live in the US and I needed corner steadies for my caravan. After looking extensively in the US, with no luck, I tried the UK. The great people at Caravan Accessory Shop took the time and effort to work with me, and my 8 hour time difference, to get them shipped to me. After I damaged my original corner steadies, I thought I would be stuck using a portable jack to stabilize my caravan. Now I can put the factory correct stabilizers back on.
