Doleful. Two years ago, we had a Howdens kitchen installed and are pleased with it. For the last six months, we have been trying to get an extra cupboard installed but Howdens' practices are absolutely opaque: they will not even quote a price for a unit because different tradesmen expect different bonuses nor will Howdens find someone to install it or even reveal which tradesmen have received positive or negative feedback from their customers. What a way to run a business in 2016! If you're thinking about buying a new kitchen, a pretty expensive business, consider going to John Lewis or Ikea.
