I used to be a hairdresser and since changing my profession have struggled for many years to find someone who can cut my hair as I would like it. Often thinking if I could only take my head off and do it myself !! Having paid rather high amounts for my most recent haircuts and having to take the scissors to it myself three or four times since I thought I would try Lisa, at The Shearing Shed, having read some very good reviews. Well........Lisa cut and dried my hair, it is the best haircut I have had in years. A wonderful and very friendly little salon and fantastic price for a lady of great talent. I have booked a further appointment for August when in Overstrand again, and will never go anywhere else but to the brilliant Lisa.
My first visit to this lovely quaint little salon, it has a lovely atmosphere and Lisa makes you feel totally pampered. I was going for a big change so put my faith in Lisa and I was so happy with my great new look she gave me. I would definitely recommend this great salon as Lisa made me feel so at ease and we didnt stop chatting the whole time. Have definitely found my permanent salon to go to now, thanks again for the great service.
This quirky salon was a brilliant find while on holiday in the area. Owner gave an excellent cut and blow dry and lots of friendly chat too.

The Shearing Shed Overstrand is a small but efficient unisex hairdressing salon. It must be good I come all the way from Essex for Lisa the owner to create my hair style. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
