Very efficient move of all our heavy stuff from Holt to Blakeney. Paul and John heroically managed to get a difficult shaped sofa bed down a challenging stairwell. Excellent value for money.

Great company, very reasonable rates, very professional. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Very friendly and reliable thank you guys for the fantastic work couldn't of done it without you guys although you had a lot to deal with you done your hardest and kept calm the whole way through hats off to you guys and look forward to future help from you very highly recommended thank you again for all your help

AVOID this firm at all costs. They agreed to do a full removal for me, my disabled husband,my 6yr old daughter.Me, my husband, my mother, and all of the people who were moving into my property, and even my 2 gardeners were astonished in the leisurely (slow) pace these two guys were taking filling (or rather half filling) their van, they took nearly 6 hours to transport 2 half full van loads 2 miles to my new home, not to mention, these loads were garage and gardening stuff, to be left outside. My gardeners, who were at the property we were moving into, came up to my husband and said "are you paying these two cowboys by the hour?, we have never seen anyone work so slowly, they are deliberately hanging the job out". They were so slow, I told them they should look at the amount of boxes inside the house, because they were a good amount of them, the guy just grunted, and said he didn't need to...We then found out, they were also taking the longest route, 6+ miles, instead of the 2 mile trip everyone else was taking, when offered to be shown the shorter route, they refused, their excuse why they couldn't follow the other van was this "The sat nav said it was the way i should take, and I won't go any other way incase we get lost". The route they wouldn't deviate from, also had a 2 mile traffic jam by the way. Then they vanished for well over 2 hours, between 11am and 2pm,I sent out one of my friends to see if he could find them, which he did, sat in their van in a layby on the A47....When they finally started on the house stuff (now 2.30-3.30pm),they were still malingering, and obviously didn't have a clue what they were doing, as my husband saw them with a lightweight plastic childs drawer, one was banging down the stairs, whilst the other one, was leaning over the balcony with ONE finger on the unit, 'helping' his buddy down the stairs!, my 6yr old can carry the same unit on her own... Well, this went on till about 8pm,when,even though they only partially cleared out the house, said they were tired and were calling it a day!, we had no white goods, and the master bedroom was still 80% full. I was in tears, I didn't know whether we would get our stuff out or not, as by this time, the other party had lost all patience with these 2,and us, and were threatening to leave our contents of the house on the driveway overnight, this would of been about 3500 worth of TV, guitar amps, vintage speakers, and bedroom furniture I had to plead with the other party not to, and they finally agreed, but I had to compensate them. I also had find another man and van at 9.30pm,as we were unsure at that time what we were going to do,as although they finally bought the white goods at 9pm, we only had till 9am the next morning to remove the rest of our property, so had to get someone at such short notice, it cost us double what it would of been. The next day, we notice multiple damage to our furniture, lost the washing machine pipes, only bought two table legs, all the clearly marked boxes were strewn around the house, only found 6 boxes in the right rooms so far, broke our tumble dryer, let alone what I have not had time to find. Even though these two totally screwed us over, they had enough energy,or rather, cheek, to ask for the full 12 hour payment, even though they chose to sit in a traffic jam for probably 5 hours.Best part?, as they had now dragged out an 8 hour job to 12,and we had to pay out compensation, and another van, we could only pay 120 in cash, and had to pay the rest on credit card, guess what?, "dont take cards"!, are you serious?, this is 2018,not 1978,even I, as an ex Avon rep can take Card payments!. So I had to borrow over 300 from my parents, to cover the extra costs these two caused us. I was going to put the full payment through on the Monday but then found the damage, and decided to withhold payment.

An absolute gem! Hard working and efficient! Could not recommend more highly!
