I feel compelled to add this review as a newclient ofLRPM since the beginning of the year they have been like a breath of fresh air to me !!!!.Previously I was under another block managementagency which to say the least was a nightmare from hell.The property had no fire protection and was in need of a total refurbishment since LRPMtook overthe building earlier this year within a very short time LRPM called in a Fire Officer who presented a report of immediate requirements and within a very short space of time all these requirements were implemented bringing the building into a safe and secure environment .E.g. Full audible, Break Glass Boxes in all areas Smoke and Heat Detectors throughout the building and all of our flats all feeding back to a Zoned Monitored Fire Panel which is tested religiously every week.On a cosmetic side the building as been totally refurbished to a five star standard replacing doors, carpets etc and a great colour scheme (SMASHING).The staff are fantastic normal human beings were nothing is to much trouble with issues dealt with instantly (none of your leave it with me)which I had become use to with the old agency, not that I have add any issues as such lets say enquiries,Overall Pucker Stuff,Thank You LRPM One Very Happyclient Martyn BallNorfolk
We have just got back from a stay in a newly refurbished apartment that is managed by LRPM. The apartment is finished to very high standards with excellent decoration & lots of finishing touches that give a great ambience to the place.Having a young daughter we are (as a lot of parents are) very concerned about fire precautions particularly in a first story apartment but we were very happy that our fears on this point were more than adequately met both in the apartment and in the communal areas. On the safety front we were also surprised to see camera's from the front door to the apartment so you can see who is knocking on your door.We decided to eat in the apartment the first night and found a lovely fish and seafood shop just around the corner, the apartment had everything we needed to prepare dinner. We were a short two minutes walk from the beach and Cromer Pier and there are numerous restaurants, pubs and ice cream shops minutes from the apartment.The first night was warm and we loved opening the large windows and watching the world go by. The second night was slightly cooler and we put the heating on and were so impressed at how quickly it heated up! The beds were also very comfortable.We asked for recommendations for lunches out and we have to say that LRPM were spot on, they recommend the perfect restaurant and it was one of the best meals we have had in Norfolk.We will 100 percent be booking this apartment again, we cannot recommend it highly enough! It's beautifully finished and has everything you need in the perfect location.

LRPM have recently let my two bedroom house in Norwich. They were friendly and approachable but at the same time professional throughout; mindful of my interests and also those of my future tenant. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact they demonstrated a commitment to 'go the extra mile' putting me in touch with reliable tradesmen so that the house was ready for the new tenant.Thank you LRPM! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
