Probably the best quality fish and chips I've ever eaten. A must do if you are visiting Cromer. Also boasts great views of the sea and pier.
I only had the medium fish and chips, it was huge!. Our meals were well cooked and nicely presented. Clean and spacious restaurant. Friendly and polite staff. Reasonable prices. Recommended
We visited No1. Cromer around the Christmas period. Service was very friendly and prompt. We all ordered the cod and chips (photo shows the mini portion) and it was fresh and excellent. I would also recommend the curry sauce which was nice. The tartar sauce was also excellent.
Now we know why you can't get a place in this restaurant in season. The fish is excellent. So good that we choose to leave off the sauce so as not to spoil the taste. ( We had the haddock and chips). The view if the sea is also a lovely way to relax and eat.
Was very nice fish and chips meal. Fish cooked to perfection. Portion of chips a bit too large. They should have a half portion of chips available. Service was excellent and restaurant clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great fish and chips meal.
