Overall very disappointing with the manager and his attitude. We was supplied with a carpet that was 4m x 1m to big and agreed to refund difference by the manager and promised to refund 2 weeks ago. I called several times to chase the refund only to be told he had popped out, was day off, at morrisons or was on the other phone but basically he never called back. Carpet quality was very good but this store needs some serious staff training, as even when we collected the carpet everything seems like too much effort, had to wait an age for the staff to get the carpet from the store room, then told my wife to help carry 24m2 of carpet!
Gave them one star because Google doesnt allow 0 star ratings. Whatever you do DO NOT USE carpet right. Poor communication, poor delivery dates, awful customer service, broken promises. They make you pay upfront so you have no comeback when they treat you badly. I cannot warn you not to use them enough.On the plus side the fitters were good (when they eventually had the product to fit), however they are sub contractors and dont work for carpet right - this explains why they offered a good service.
Carpetright in Cromer provided an excellent service and aftercare when I had not allowed for enough carpet and underlay. Peter was very helpful and turned the situation around very quickly. Very helpful staff and team. Mrs Thurlow
Fitters excellent! Customer service from the shop staff diabolical! We were told fitting would be mid morning, waited in all day finally turned up 4.30pm! Ringing the shop absolute waste of time!!
