Very friendly owners. Nice modern units. Both my cats were looked after very well in their shared pod. The access to semi outside space suited them as both are very 'outside' cats and enjoy fresh air. Neither had lost weight as has happened at other catteries. Would recommend.
Not happy at all....My two cats were put in together but were told they had to eat separately as one will sit back whilst the other would eat the lot....This evidently did not happen as when I went to collect them one cat was considerably lighter than the other.....Also the pens are quite small and smelly......I found the female owner quite brusque and uncaring.... My cats won't be going back there.
Everywhere seemed ok when I visited and very pleasant owner showed me around. I was concerned with size of indoor units as I have a large cat. He stayed for 5 nights and when I collected him, wow what a smell! Both him and his bed smelled awful its taken me a long time & much cleaning to get his bed smelling ok again. Why? My boy still smells after much combing and grooming etc. Its improving slowly. I think the pens inside are far too small for the cat, bed, food and litter and maybe ventilation could be improved. Im sorry but I wont take him there again.
