I am not impressed by the doctors here. It is like you have a robot with human face in front of you. I had good doctors practice before. One needed to keep it brief but I didn't feel like they would rush me through the door if I wanted to clarify things with them and always have good discussions with them to get to the bottom of my health problem. Perhaps Cromer practice is dealing mostly with senior citizens and they somewhat forget that people are slow after certain age. Though senior citizen myself, I am not yet slow and always come prepared as I try to read and understand my symptoms. I always come when I really need to, so if I come to see a doctor that means I am not well indeed. I expect to be listen to, so together with the doctor take the best course of action without wasting time for both parts or money by being sent to do unnecessary tests or being prescribed useless medicines with no effect. I understand that being a GP is a tedious job and not always respected by some but doctors should in the end be there for their patients with more understanding, compassion and care. I have seen 2 different doctors Mitchell and May but they hardly made eye contact and May was really not that interested or appeared not to be, in listing to me. I found this practice soulless!

Awful service and organisation - have to wait 9 days to see a Doctor, with only nurses available whose first words are "only have 12 minutes, and no time for more than 1 problem per appointment." Depressing, aesthetically cold and bland reception area - old surgery was much better.

Medical side is ok if you dont want to see a doctor....!Pharmacy is useless. Buggers prescriptions up all the time. Staff never seem to know whats going on. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

I am very unhappy with the service from the RECEPTIONISTS. Today I asked for my son to see a doctor, I was concerned he may have a problem, he has had an itchy bottom and we have treated him for worms, but still nothing changed. So as STATED on the medication it says to consult your DOCTOR..But the receptionist said just treat him again, and to give it more time?? My son also has a chromozone disorder 45xo/46xy mosaics, and whenever a concern arises from us we are always asked to explain it to these RECEPTIONISTS. You can see I have put receptionists In bold, this is because this is what they are, and have no right or the right knowledge to give medical advice, or then decide if a condition is important enough to be dealt with (in their opinion). I really think something should be done about this, if they want to be doctors or give medical advice, then that should study for the relevant qualifications. One day, the way the RECEPTIONISTS act, Could be fatal to a person's wellbeing.

Can never get through and it keeps ringing out no options or anything when it does ring. When you can get an appointment or through to talk to someone they are usually good
