I havent actually stayed at this establishment... but me and my partner have been travelling for hours and thought this would be the perfect place to stay with our dog on our way to our destination (as listed on google) after two phone calls, I was answered by a very rude woman who told us not to ring her again because we woke her up. After a sincere apology she was very aggressive towards me, and then she hung the phone up. Not the particular customer service you would want, and i could imagine this portrays the way this business is run. Anyone looking for a place to stay I would recommend going else where. Maybe they should alter their page on google or give up completely. Coming from a hotelier and a business owner this is not acceptable ! Staff training is thoroughly needed here because the basics have been forgotten. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Lovely location. Great homemade breakfast. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful owner. Chickens in back yard and 2 dogs. Very homely and a comfortable stay. Thank you :)
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was very tasty. The host was very welcoming and friendly even the 2 dogs were very friendly and well behaved would definitely recommend his b&b and would definitely go back
Excellent B and B....the location was absolutely wonderful....loved the animals...Daphne..Agnes..Sir Elton and Lily..to name a few...a home from home...excellent host...the owl room lovely and very clean..bed so comfortable...thank you for a very enjoyable stay in your home this weekend...X
